The investigation into yesterdays bay bridge crash is gaining momentum. fog horn the pilot is called one of the most skilled in the bay. But his record is not spotless. He had three incidents in his file we asked the experts about the challenges of navigating a cargo ship on the bay. Somebody did something wrong.
