Ive seen books that got terrible reviews that have gone on to sell very well. They review relatively few books. Thats the hard part. It matters greatly to the author come and the New York Times can only review so many books. They are limited by the number of pages in the book review and are so many, i know they have to say no to a lot of books that they wish they had the room to cover.
