The Spencer Chamber Ambassadors visited Hope Church on Tuesday to welcome their new pastor, James Runcorn. James joined the Spencer community in October from Idaho Falls. The Hope Church staff discussed programming for young children through high schoolers at the church and the many outreach events they host throughout the year as well as their hopes to work with other area churches to create community wide initiatives in the future.
