Fegen s, 1050 Studewood, opened April 6. The new restaurant comes from F.E.E.D. TX Restaurant Group and will focus on classic American fare and cocktails. It takes over the space formerly occupied by Liberty Kitchen & Oyster Bar. The group (Lance Fegen, Carl Eaves, Will Davis and Jiim Jard) sold the Liberty Kitchen brand in the summer of 2020.
Fegen will serve as chef-owner and managing partner. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Fegen has worked at some of Houston s best known dining establishments such as Brennan s of Houston, The Houstonian Hotel, Club and Spa as well as founding his own glass wall-the restaurant in 2005. In 2010, Fegen and others began F.E.E.D. TX which was the parent company of Liberty Kitchen.

Guy capitalized on Flavortown, however, creating a unique chain restaurant that has found a home in New Hampshire.

As reported by WMUR, Flavortown Kitchen has opened in Salem, New Hampshire. The same town that is home to beloved New England amusement park, Canobie Lake Park.

Food Network star Guy Fieri has just opened five new delivery/take-out-only restaurants in Connecticut.
There is now a Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen in Darien, Farmington, Glastonbury, Newington, and Avon.
Flavortown is uniquely fit for service during a pandemic. It will be take-out only and chefs will operate out of a “ghost kitchen.” A ghost kitchen is when a business operates out of an existing restaurant.
The new locations are not the host of “Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives’” first restaurants in the state. Fieri also has a restaurant at Foxwoods Resort Casino - Guy Fieri s Foxwoods Kitchen & Bar.
Over the past month or so, Fieri has opened 120 similar delivery-only, ghost kitchens in 25 states and Washington, D.C.
This new style of restaurant is often referred to as a ghost kitchen.
A ghost kitchen, simply put, is a delivery-only restaurant. There’s no physical space for customers. Orders are made in one location, picked up by a delivery driver, and enjoyed off-premise.
While Food Network star Guy Fieri already has a few different restaurants in Illinois, he s opened ghost kitchens in those spaces to get his food out to customers.
It s a great idea, because who doesn t want to take a trip to Flavortown?
The menu features Donkey Sauce to go, and has just 19 items available. Fieri’s Flavortown has such dishes as Bourbon Brown Sugar Barbecue Wings for $13.99, Jalapeno Pig Poppers for $12.99, the “Chicken Guy!” classic for $11.99, and Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheese Burger for $12.99.
