The study, which cost almost $50,000 and has been in development since 2022, includes an in-depth report on the condition of the buildings on the roughly 7-acre property where the council's regularly scheduled meeting will be held, including city hall and the police station, an analysis of existing operations, a staff survey and 20-year population projections.
