Almost everybody upset. Reporter Hagerstown Police have charged the mother and uncle as you said with Second Degree murder for allegedly contributing to the 9yearold boys death. Jack garcia died on july 5th after police say he was beaten on june 30th. Authorities say his uncle, 23 yearold Jacob Barajas handcuffed the boy to a clair in their home. Then the mother chair in their home. Then the mothers boyfriend 30 yearold Robert Wilson allegedly beat the child for eating a piece of cake without permission. Police were called to the home but say jacks mother would not allow paramedics to see the 9 yearold saying that jack was just congested.
