There she is a tiffany. Shes live at the saint. What are you hearing . Right. We have spoken with neighbors who have lived here for 10 plus years. They tell us that they are shocked that this happened. Union city police now investigating this as a murder. Let me go ahead 7. Its so you guys can see exactly what is going on here. There are several Police Officers here that pitch to 10. So we do believe that theyll be here for several more hours gathering, more information and evidence. But heres what we have gathered here on scene. Union city police saying that they were called to this area of alameda boulevard tropicana way on a report of a person stabbed. They say once they arrived, they found 3 victims, all of them with injuries. One was declared dead here on scene. The 2 others were taken to a nearb
5 contained. Three homes have burned. Hundreds more are evacuated. Its burn not far from clearlake in a rugged area near the community of lower lake. Cate caugiran is there. She tells us the terrain is a big challenge for firefighters. Reporter it certainly has been. I can tell you now as you said, that fire is still burning. Cal fire says within the past hour that fire kicked back up a notch has burned more than 200 acres within that past hour. You can take a look at this damage. Actually i want to point out these trees. They look like theyre pink, little reddish, thats actually flame retardant. Thats because fire crews are focusing on containment right now trying to keep this fire from jumping major roads. Because as we take a step back here we want to show you just how large the damage is. If you take a look at these hills, its getting so close to what looks like someones home as we are pointing out now. Firefighters say they they are working against Mother Nature batting the flames

He will become a midshipment at age 15 in 1815 and will serve with distinction by 1844. He will be promoted to captain, and he will be named the first superintendent of the United States Naval Academy in annapolis. He is the founder in many ways of that school. In 1847 he will resign from that post so he can serve actively in the mexican war, which again he does with distinction, gaining the attention of flag officer matthew galbreith perry. Perry will assign buchanan as flag captain and commander of perrys flagship when he takes his fleet to open japan. It is said buchanan was the first naval officer to step foot in japan. The western most point of the island where the Naval Air Station was located until it closed back in 1997. We get the developing news from paul chamber. Paul people have been picking up bottled water to drink all night. Reporter thats where the station is. People have been driving through here. Not so many people. 15 to 16 people with cars have come through this area. You can see theres a car right now headed this way. This all started around 7 30 when they found out the water is nonusable. We take a look at video here. City officials and the red cross have been handing cases of water to this Alameda Point. According to the water safety alert, the reason its only affecting Alameda Point is because of the nature of the Navy Infrastructure at the former base.
