The Fargo Police Department presented the findings of an internal investigation that found four Fargo police officers free of any policy violations in connection to the shooting of Andrew Martinez on Aug. 1 in Mapleton.
“Listening to members of the community, many now see a cloud over the police department,” Police Advisory and Oversight Board member David Hogenson said.
