(Fargo, ND) Cass County Sheriff Jesse Jahner is commenting on a soon to be announced federal effort aimed at combating violent crime in Fargo. "It's an effort I think to partner with local law enforcement and our federal partners to see, typically if we can get people charged federally, we're going to get a little bit better hammer, so to speak on sentences," said Jahner.
