During the Raisina Dialogue, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, in articulating his description of the India Way , said that India is now more of a decider or a shaper rather than an abstainer . This is a welcome change in India s approach to the region and the world. If India hopes to contribute to shaping the future, it will need to look outwards.
