Lee mentions our cycles are 3 and the sponsor from ocii and a lot of post Workers Development we receive funding from the chase center to add in special training kindly this year well have 4 cycles for the specific training and one the challenges in the workforce are specific trades for example, type 1 iron work and engineering and masonrys those trades they dont have enough working for local residents to do the work that is where it drags the percentage for ocii and for this specific chase center ill put in
