Bengaluru: Software giant Microsoft will step up investments in building data centres in India as cloud adoption is rapidly going up across industries. Microsoft India President Anant Maheshwari also said while 90% of its employees are currently working from home, he expects the future of the workplace to be hybrid, as social capital is critical. We were amongst the first, if not the first sort of people to invest in India in 2015, when we opened the three data centres in the country.
