Good morning. Hey, stephanie. Good morning, everyone. Thank you for that nice warm welcome. Its good to be back. And were bringing on some warm for this first weekend of august. We have upper level northerly winds and a building area of High Pressure that has already put us at 70 degrees in antioch, upper 60s by the delta, mid 60s, san ramon and were looking at a cool 55 in San Francisco. So anywhere from about a degree to eight degrees warmer except at the coast we have that fog. It will be with us to keep temperatures comfortable there and we will have moderate to good air quality today only because by the time we get to tomorrow, another 5 to 10 degrees of warming and some very high upper level smoke, perhaps thats creating more of those hazy conditions. political. cancer doesn t care if you re republican or a democrat. everyone can come together to fight this and he compared it to the moonshot saying you have to harness the resources of u.s. scientists and doctors and technology to be able to do this. elizabeth, in general since 1991, cancer deaths are down 31% according to the american cancer society. a lot of that is because of prostate cancer deaths down 50%, breast cancer deaths down 40% but a lot of that, i have to say, is because of screening, early screening and preventive measure, not necessarily curing the cancers itself. how feasible, how realistic is it to cut cancer deaths in half in 5 years? i reached out to a variety of experts asking that question this afternoon. i thought they d say, i don t know about that. they actually were quite positive and pointed to the statistic that you just pointed to, in 28 years they went down 32%. whatever reasons there were, we can do more of the same and they pointed to sev
