Pastor s Boy Charged With Murder For Purposely Running Over Mom After Assaulting Son
Dec 22 2020, 11:46AM EST
An 18-year-old man from Florida is facing first-degree murder charges for intentionally running over a woman last month. The man was identified as Elijah Stansell who was behind the wheel of a church van that ran over Suzette Penton, a Polk City librarian on Nov. 10.
In a report from the New York Daily News, Stansell was with three people at that time. They were identified as Raven Sutton (16), Kimberly Stone (16) and Hannah Eubank (14).
The four showed up at the Penton residence in what appears to be a love-related issue. Stone had previously dated Hunter Penton and it appears there was an issue that revolved around that.
Elijah Stansell, 18, borrowed the maintenance van from his father s church
He allegedly used it to run over Suzette Penton, 52, outside her home
Suzette s son Hunter used to date Elijah s girlfriend Kimberly Stone, 15
They planned to go to the Penton house to beat Hunter up after Kimberly was suspended from school for talking trash to him, it is alleged
Suzette arrived home, chased them out of the house and back to their van
She stood in front of the van recording them and Elijah allegedly ran her over
The other teens have been charged with accessory after the fact
