The WinkLINK program – a partnership between the county’s economic development division, Redwood Region Economic Development Commission, Redwood Coast Chamber Foundation, Greater Eureka Chamber of Commerce, Northern California Small Business Development Center and NorCal APEX Accelerator – will connect local businesses with training, experts and education on how to benefit from the offshore wind project.
