New health facility groundbreaking VIENNA, Ill (WSIL) It s been in the works for more than 6 years. But, the city of Vienna will soon have a new health facility. Officials with the Human Services Provider, Arrowleaf, held a groundbreaking for the building Thursday. The 7.600 square foot facility will be right off Interstate 24 and will provide psychiatric services for substance abuse and mental well-being. Leaders say they hope the services will benefit the community. One-stop-shop I guess you could say of those folks coming off of the interstate, that our doors are open to anybody no matter where they re from or their background if they need help in one capacity or another, we re here to help them. said Sherrie Crabb, CEO of Arrowleaf.
