Foreign funds reduced their ownership of Indias largest staples company to 12.7% at the end of March, down from as high as 14.5% in June last year, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
FMCG major Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) on Wednesday reported a 6% drop in its standalone net profit at Rs 2,406 crore for the quarter ended March 2024. The same stood at Rs 2,552 crore in the last year quarter. Read Full Copy Here
HUL Q3 Results: Fast-moving consumer goods sector bellwether Hindustan Unilever (HUL) reported a disappointing earnings for the quarter ended December on Friday, with the net profit rising a mere 0.6% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 2,519 crore, and missing the ETNow poll estimate of Rs 2,724 crore.Revenue from operations fell 0.3% YoY to Rs 15,188 crore, and also trailed estimates of Rs 15,533 crore.
