Foreign funds reduced their ownership of Indias largest staples company to 12.7% at the end of March, down from as high as 14.5% in June last year, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
The stock ended 2.63 per cent lower at Rs 2,479.40 against the previous close of Rs 2,546.45 on the BSE. Market cap of the firm fell to Rs 5,82,557.66 crore.
