What i would say is the sponsor of the legislation is not here and neither is supervisor campos. My inclination would be, i would want them to weigh in on this, so my inclination would be to forward it to the board where they will be, they will always have the option to continue it or to send it back to committee. If they were here now we could ask them that, but that would be, thats one option that we would pursue. Thats to forward to the board without recommendation. Yeah, i could agree with that. I also want to go on record, our office spoke with supervisor campos who was in favor of this particular project but its probably better that we hear it from him as opposed to me as a third party, third person, so i support that motion. So sounds like theres a motion to forward without objection. Is there any objection to that . Mr. Chair, as a Committee Report for tomorrow . As a Committee Report for the december 11, 2012 meeting. Without objection, colleagues, thank you. Thank you. inaudi
Words that she used was that she did not want anything given to other members of the public. That you wave. Bup isnt the waiver so that you can release it just to her . Once you sign the waiver it could be released to any other member of the public that asks for those records, which is why we require that they sign the waiver. In keeping in line with what the sotf has returned in 07, that is when we started to make that practice. I am sorry mr. Gibner were you shaking your head . Do you have more background on this waiver issue . I guess that one fundamental tenant of sunshine and public records is if someone makes a sunshine request and you give the document to that person, you must give it to everyone, so, in a way, this complaint does not really fit in the sunshine box, i think that what the complainant i believe is saying, i wanted records in my personnel file that are personal to me, it is not a sunshine request, it may be that the city can provide those records under other laws,
The statement includes responses to mr. Clarks questions. Who ill this Public Information was not released on a timely basis it was nonetheless released to mr. Clark on a responsive basis by virtue of those two hearings. Furthermore after the last of those two hearings, mr. Clark, on august 29, 2011, mr. Clark sent me an email regarding his proposal for the designation of street spaces or hey street. I fully responded to the question on page 2 of the letter to mr. Clark on september 13. You have a copy that have letter before you in this section. While admitting my failure to respond on a timely basis i did respond to mr. Clark thoroughly and on a responsive basis in the two task force hearings related to the subject matter. Then the third Sunshine Task force charge 67. 21 e for failure to send a knowledgeable representative to the task force hearing. I disagree for the following reasons. No. 1, the City Attorney had adviced me that it would be legal for me to send a representative eve
Supervisors meeting it gave him an opportunity to come up with a compromise. They came up with a suggested compromise and the item was put on the call of the chair. I left that meeting while thinking there was something in the works and i waited a year before i contacted mr. Lazar and asked him what was happening. At that time i found out thats when i didnt get any response to him from him, i was asking, whats going on. Have you heard from the valley merchants with regard to this proposal. What happened at that time thats when after i found out all this time later after going through the complaint and that you will stuff, i found out that the answer to my question was no, nothing has ever happened between the Arts Commission and the hayes valley merchants. So all this time i went through all these hearings, mr. Lazar was present at the hearing but left in the middle of the hearing. All he had to do was sent me an email saying nothing has ever happened. As a result of that, i went back
