For 50 years the Environmental Protection agency has granted waivers to california, allowing us to set emission standards that exceed national limits. Those standards were adopted by so many state, automakers began building cars to the california standard rather than the national standard. Today Governor Newsom says the president s rollback is about one thing and its not jobs. Its about the oil industry, period, full stop. Its not about the car manufactures. Its not about consumers, not about the health. Its not about our economy. Its about oil companies. And there is more.
