Abc7 News Reporter tim jones has more on a very emotional scene scene. I heard wailing and screaming. Reporter a tragic scene in San Francisco, sfpd says a fo yearold woman pushed in a stroller was hit and killed by a car. A former news anchor who lives nearby was walking past the area after the incident. She was lifeless. There was blood everywhere. It is so hard. Reporter the girls father is in Critical Condition but the mother is an injured uninjured. It was probably one most traumatizing things i have ever seen. When they were able to pull the little girl out sorry Reporter Police say the family is visiting from out of town. As for the driver, officers do not believe drugs or alcohol are involved. Investigators are looking into what led up to the crash. I am not able to speak to any arrests at this time. The driver is cooperating. Reporter it is another tragedy on our streets that could be avoided, says robin pam. She says city leaders need to do more to stop pedestrian deaths. Red
