An earthquake jolted parts of the east bay this morning and woke people up. The quake struck shortly after midnight, magnitude 3. 6 centered a mile northwest of san ramon. Happened in North Charleston, South Carolina this past saturday. The officer was charged this afternoon. We want to warn you that video is graphic and were only going to show you parts of it but in it you can see the officer 33 year old Michael Slager shooting a blackman as he ran away. In a matter of seconds the video shows the officer pointing his gunfiring eight times at 50 year old Walter Scott Shooting him in the back as he ran away. The video is very demonstrate ever of exactly what happened. The mayor of North Charleston said the video from a bystander helped to determine exactly what happened leading to those murder charges.
