Bay at 54, 56 mullally, cloud cover will keep a lot of moisture in place, look at getting pounded up there with that moisture but some of this will start driving southward by thursday for us and that could bring in pretty good rain. You might want to give yourself an extra 10 minutes to negotiate that far. No problems on the bridge getting into San Francisco. As we take a look at commutes in the east bay, you dont see a lot going on when it comes to slowdowns. Any red on the map, red means stop and go traffic. There is a little bit of slow traffic on westbound to a five. Here in 580, livermore and into the hayward area, still looks very good. In san jose, northbound 280, up to highway 17. Time is 43 10. Theres rain on the north coast. For us theres a lot of cloud cover spilling over. That means temperatures are really mild. Everybody in the 50s. Sunlight it midtoupper 50s with the humidity factor really high. Mostly cloudy north, partly sunny south. Temperatures above average here with upper 60s for some towards the Santa Clara Valley and mid 60s everywhere else. The cold has gone for now. But it will be back. More on that in 10 minutes. Mornings when you cannot see the city. Unbelievably foggy for some. Its not a storm. The fog rolled in. And drizzle. A lot of drizzle out there as well.
