The entire region in the Flash Flood Watch a and that goes right through tomorrow morning. Conditions are favorable for flash flooding to occur. Good news we have not seen any flash flood warnings just yet, we have this flood advisory across berks county that goes until 9 30 p. M. And what you have to watch out for is Flash Flood Watch areas of downpours, as much as 2 inches per hour in the localized downpours embedded with the larger system, street flooding, watching creeks and streams, never drive through a flooded roadway.
