And we are talking about attacks on woman by a rapist, only our cameras were there as member of the special victims unit collected evidence yesterday right or cart inning ton road. Thirtynine year old woman who told investigators will was a person who drag her on to the cobbs creek golf course and attack her on friday, the second reported Sexual Assault in just over a month. A lot going on there, a lot more than that. Unfortunately when the sun goes down, danger rises. That victim went right to the hospital after the assault to report it. Then back on july 10th, there was another woman, a 26 year old, who said she was dragged onto that same golf course and assaulted. Police think there is one person responsible in both cases. With counselor and swim coach at very Prestigious School out in Chester County now charged with trying to seduce students . Lets get right to jenny joyce right outside of mal vin prep with the story. High, jenny. Reporter good morning, lauren, karen. Police tell thus counselor tried to trap the student in a sexual relationship with her. Malvern prep, Prestigious School, police say, emily feeney promised to help secure a harvard acceptance letter in exchange for sex. Investigators tell us 40 year old feeney was College Counselor at the school for two years. She was also a swim coach. Now, shes charged with trying to seduce a 16 year old student here. He was on her swim team over the last year the Chester County District Attorney says feeney kills dollars the boy, and sent hundreds of emails, and texts to the student, including topless photos. The criminal complaint says among the message there is one. Feeney telling the boy, quote, i a door you, i always will. Another saying quote you are gorgeous. And this is killing me. Please talk to me. And if you just stop fighting and let it happen you would be a lot less uptight and much happier. The boy even refused to her advances saying back to her, quote, i am not interested in you. I am 16. End of story. Im not into you. Investigators say, it was the 16 year old who prevented it case from going any further. Her aggressive and relentless advances ultimately pushed him to get police involved. Sex often is not about attraction. It is about power. And thats really whats going on here. You have someone who is a tremendous amount of power, a teacher, or guidance counselor or coach, and theyre exercise that power over someone who doesnt have any power. A student, somebody who want to go to school. So thats really what this is about. In this case, the only thing that stopped this from being a full blown Sexual Assault was the good judgement of the 16 year old, not the 40 year old guidance counselor. And we stopped by feeneys home in wayne yesterday, no one answered. We are told that she lives at the house with her husband and children. Another dirty day for what some called one of the best chinese restaurants in this entire country, roaches. Out of date food, just some of the Things Health inspectors found inside the restaurant. Imagine what it look like five days ago . Friday, a girl found a bug in her noodles. And the restaurant called police. This sergeant was shocked. So much dirt and crud you would need a paint scraper to get it off the doors and the knobs and the cook tops, the floor, it is like ive never seen anything like it. Today the Sewer Department is investigating if grease was dumped into the public sewer out of dathan contaminated food was collected as evidence. They should embarrased on what this restaurant; and their Management Team right now should be fired within the next five minutes, because this is totally unacceptable. And that stash should be gone. The general manager takes full responsibility. He even showed me the kitchen today. He says the buck stops with him, and the place will be scrubbed top to bottom so they can get their reputation back. I take all responsibility to make sure nothing coming in again. And we walk in on that issue very seriously, we take everything off from the kitchen and going to be cleaned up. So clearly they are embarrased, they say theyll clean it all up.
