Then, according to officers, the suspects ran away. Officers say using police dogs they later found the suspects at the econo lodge not far from here on northampton and arrested them. Minor burn. A man and woman got out from the first floor. A woman and a child also got out from the second floor, according to investigators. It started around 2 00 this morning on kingston avenue. Thats near cape view avenue, just one block behind West Ocean View avenue. Now here is a still picture of the scene from the norfolk fire department. You can see just how intense the flames got. A spokesman told us more than 30 firefighters responded to the scene. Dominion virginia power crews responded because of a downed power line from the fire.
