Reporter protesters were loud and passionate. Ms. Police officers say those who have their faces covered as against campus protest policy. One demonstrator was carried away by a group of officers, which sparked anger. Organizers with a group called by any means necessary so they wanted to shut down the event, but some students who participated in the demonstration say suzy loftus should be allowed to speak here, but there sending a message by taking action. I think its important people know this is real. We learn about stuff like this in the classroom and you know we have the right to free speech. What we are doing by protesting is just showing that her specific speech is not welcome here. Reporter among the hundreds gathered outside opinions. Firefighters standing by. Just before 8 00 police were called out because of a suspicious device in bowers park, close to three different schools, bowers elementary and Cabrillo Middle School and cabrillo montessori. All three schools are sheltering in place. The Santa Clara County bomb squad arrived about 45 minutes ago and began assembling the robot to get closer to see what is going on with the suspicious devices. Parents are getting Text Messages from the schools to bring them up to date on what is going on but some parptss and some grandparents are gathering here because they are very nervous about how the kids are faring inside. We investigate the incident of force. On edge every time this year we begin with a fire in the north bay where crews are battling a fire. The wragg canyon fire burned 60 acres near berryess canyon.
