Single-judge Justice Hasmukh Suthar reserved the order after hearing Senior Advocates Rebecca John and Nirupam Nanavaty who were representing Arvind Kejriwal and Gujarat University respectively.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has challenged the single-judge Gujarat High Court ruling that there is no mandate under the RTI Act to disclose Prime Minister Narendra Modi's academic certificates.
The observations were made while rejecting a review petition filed by Kejriwal against a March 31 judgment of the High Court which had held that Gujarat University need not furnish information about the degree of Modi.
