Coronavirus pandemic. Officials say more than 100 million votes came in before election day, the most ever. The university of florida is analyzing the trend and says about 65 million of the ballots came in by mail. The surge in mailin voting could have a major effect on election calls. Many people in florida said they wanted to make their voices heard. I know a lot of people especially on social media, younger people are really pushing the voting. Some said the voting process was unexpectedly easy, though there were adjustments for the coronavirus pandemic. There have been no extra long lines, and once the line got started everything just went smoothly. A lot of attention is on the results of six swing states, arizona, florida, michigan, pennsylvania, wisconsin and north carolina.
