Reporter the issue started at 6 pm yesterday. Police arrived to serve a search warrant on andrew white. Neighbors say things quickly escalated when white barricaded himself inside the home. He was surrounded and they told him to come up with his hands unarmed. And he wasnt coming out. I know that an ambulance did leave with supposedly the suspect inside.
