Reporter the issue started at 6 pm yesterday. Police arrived to serve a search warrant on andrew white. Neighbors say things quickly escalated when white barricaded himself inside the home. He was surrounded and they told him to come up with his hands unarmed. And he wasnt coming out. I know that an ambulance did leave with supposedly the suspect inside. Reporter investigator spent most of friday collecting evidence with the San Jose Police bomb squad close by. Neighbors say police were called to the house in question before for fireworks violations. Loud bangs throughout the summer. Sometimes sparklers and sometimes it is a boom. It is always coming from that direction. Reporter overnight Oak Grove High School became a shelter. There were families that were unable to access their home because of the shelter in place. We opened our gymnasium for those that were evacuated from the area.
