Commission suspends license of Glenview attorney accused of sex assaults David Pasulka Updated 1/22/2021 5:52 PM The license of Glenview attorney facing sexual misconduct charges against multiple women was suspended, according to the state Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission. David Peter Pasulka, 61, faces a five-count disciplinary complaint alleging that he engaged in criminal conduct involving assault, battery, unlawful restraint, criminal sexual assault and criminal sexual abuse related to four separate women, the commission reports.   Earlier this week, a Cook County judge ordered Pasulka held on a $100,000 bail on charges of sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault and sexual abuse, according to a representative of State s Attorney Kim Foxx.

Glenview complaint leads to Bloomingdale man s arrest on sex charges Alan Lee Sisson Updated 1/20/2021 11:04 PM Investigators searched a 72-year-old Bloomingdale man s residence and charged him with multiple felonies Wednesday after a complaint that he was having sexually explicit conversations with a 14-year-old from Glenview, authorities said. Alan Lee Sisson, who lives on the 0-100 block of Fontaine Court in Bloomingdale, was arrested without incident at 7 a.m. and charged with involuntary sexual servitude of a minor, child pornography in video and still images, grooming and indecent solicitation of a minor, according to a news release from the Glenview Police Department.

It s something I genuinely wasn t sure I d see in my lifetime. Before any of you start typing an angry email or dialing your phones, hold up a sec. That s not a swipe at any of our institutions or people or a political party it s something that was instilled in me as a youngster.   I ve written here a time or two about what a political wonk I ve been from an early age I can thank President Richard Nixon for that. He resigned just a couple of weeks before I started kindergarten. Long story short, 5-year-olds don t know there s a 25th Amendment or a vice president, and I was convinced The Soviets would be taking over and sending us to work camps. I didn t know what any of that meant, but my neighbor s dad was pretty mad about The Soviets and talked about their work camps, so I just assumed that s where the nation was headed since th
