Lou Malnati s is consolidating its properties in Buffalo Grove in the spring, which includes moving its corporate headquarters out of Northbrook.
The 50-year-old pizza giant is moving to 900-950 Busch Parkway and intends to use the space for a national e-commerce manufacturing plant and fulfillment center, as well as a home office.
Its headquarters currently is in Northbrook at 3685 Woodhead Drive. It has operated there since November 2003, and had a previous Northbrook office on Anthony Trail after moving from Lincolnwood, where it opened in 1971.

A Northbrook resident died of COVID-19 in the past week, bringing total fatalities to 112 and cases to 2,818 in the village since the pandemic began a year ago.
Glenview has had 101 deaths and 3,868 cases, but no deaths in the past week, Cook County public health and medical examiner s offices reported.
Newly diagnosed cases totaled 33 in Northbrook and 68 in Glenview in the past week.
As of Tuesday, suburban Cook County had 234,363 cases and 4,572 deaths, according to the state. In Chicago, there have been 249,783 cases and 4,959 deaths.
There have been 517,895 COVID-19 cases across suburban Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will counties as of Tuesday. That s 42.7% of the state s total, according to the Illinois Department of Public Health. There have been 8,654 deaths in the suburbs, which is 41.3% of all COVID-19 deaths in Illinois.
