sugar. this price is going to go up by 20%. reporter: he doesn t want to raise prices, but in order to do that she s cut her entire salary. it s got to come from somewhere, and so i just it s a really tough position to be in as a business owner. i just i ll take it for me. reporter: millennials like tulio and latinos have seen the steepest rise in living costs, and the growing latino population here in tampa is outpacing the national average.
