After defeating Giga Bowser and completing the game, some new challenges will appear in the playable world of
Bowser’s Fury. At each of the three Giga Bells, you’ll find a crying cat that’s lost her kittens. Each location is trickier than the last, and finding all the lost kittens at each spot will earn you a Shine for a total of three shines. This is one of the harder challenges waiting for Mario in the post-game, so we’ve got all the locations you need.
One of the most annoying aspects of this challenge is Giga Bowser. When he appears, all cats will go feral and attack! That includes any cats your’ trying to save, making it impossible to bring them back safely. You’ll have to patiently wait for Bowser to go away before you can complete your mini-quest. Personally, I recommend just going as fast as possible which you can do with these screenshots and locations.

I thought I knew what I was getting into with
Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury. Nintendo has now released remasters of basically all of the Wii U’s most acclaimed games, polishing them up with only a few additions sprinkled here and there. For people who haven’t played these games before, it’s nice to get to experience some overlooked classics. But for those of us who owned the Wii U, there’s usually not a great deal of value outside of the better visuals and performance. This new Switch remaster is a pleasant surprise, then, as its new Bowser’s Fury add-on is almost a brand new mainline Mario game in its own right.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser s Fury includes the original Wii U game as well as a new expansion that plays slightly differently from the main campaign, but without losing any familiarity with the rest of the experience, as highlighted by Rosh in his review.
The rest of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser s Fury plays much like the main installment. You explore the series of islands each one more or less self-contained, hunting for Cat Shines that can allow you to unlock the Giga Bells that serve as the hub areas of the game, and the means to defeat Fury Bowser. There are loads of Cat Shines to find, but the world isn’t so large as to become overwhelming or bloated, there is a reason this watery land is a lake, not an ocean. Instead, everything is tightly packed together, overflowing with nooks and crannies to explore.
Well, it’s finally here. The 35th anniversary of Mario may soon be ending with a Thanos-style snap of the fingers for Super Mario 3D All-Stars and Super Mario Bros. 35, but before we mourn them, Nintendo has one final release to celebrate the big three-five, and this one’s sticking around for good. Super Mario 3D World is one of the last major Wii U games still to get the Switch port treatment, and now it’s finally here with an all-new adventure called Bowser’s Fury along for the ride, too.
The main event in Super Mario 3D World + Bowser s Fury is obviously still Super Mario 3D World itself, the 2013 release that ended up becoming the Wii U s second best-selling game but still sold less than nearly every other major Mario platformer because… well,
