At 20 Miles Per Hour with wind gusts. Developing news now involving a troubled pg and e sub station in the south bay. Tonight the utility is asking for your help in tracking down a burglar. The burglary is especially troubling because of where it happened. Were talk being about the metcalfe sub station. You may remember in april of 2013, a sniper repeatedly shot at that site, sparking an oil li leak and major out and. And there are Big Questions about how this fa spicility and others like it are protected. The utility also vowed to spend 100 million over the next three years to increase security at all of its transformer sub stations. They say the burglar remains under investigation. However, they say human error likely played a part in the Security Breach and the burglary. While they admit burglars made it into the sub station, they say no attempt was made to disrupt the electrical grid and if someone had tried to tamper with the grid other security measures would have been triggered.

Hawaiis most active volcano kilowea is spewing massive amounts of lava advancing 13 miles and threatening some 15 homes on the big island of hawaii. Officials say the flow which started in late june has recently slowed to only inches a day. But they admit volcanos are unpredictable and say theres no indication when this flow might stop. Blaze in the minds around cape town in the mountains around cape town dozens of miners are feared dead after on explosion in eastern ukraine. It happened in donetsk, over 30 are feared to have been killed. The rescue operation is on going to reach those at the zasyadko mine. John hendren is on the phone from donetsk, with more of what happened. Reports do say 30 dead right now. 70 trapped in that mine. Its a coal mine in donetsk, which is a rebel held territory held by the separatists in this part of eastern ukraine. There was a number of Ukranian Parliament who said 32 people have been killed. Im not sure where he got that member. Officially the Peoples Conservative Party confirmed one is dead. In these snaps the government reports lag military number.
