He was hit with no charges involving the new children and charges sexually assaulting five of her sisters from 14 to 6 years old. The girls parents were aided by kaplan who took the girls into his feasterville home. Groomed them to believe he was a religious cultlike figure to whom they should submit their will. Reporter the judge added a Million Dollars in cash bail to the 1 million set when kaplan was first arrested in june. The churns parents are charge with child endangerment, all their children, including two grandchildren that kaplan fathered are in some sort of foster care.
