It s good for anyone who likes to mix up their routine with a variety of activities like biking, running, strength training, walking, and yoga, or who wants to keep a close eye on their health metrics with quick and accurate blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and respiration rate readings, among many others. The Apple Watch Series 6 and Samsung Galaxy Watch3 offer more value with built-in voice assistants, better calling and texting capabilities, and greater third-party app support, but the Venu 2 is an attractive alternative if health and fitness are your main concerns.
