The chp says a woman lost control of a toyota mini van, veered to the left and hit a lexus, the impact partially ejected a passenger from the lexus, even though he was wearing a seat belt. He died from head trauma. Two other people in the lexus were hurt. In neighboring walnut creek one intersection has seen dozen of serious crashes over several years.
