Civic center bart station is closed right now after a woman died at the station last night. Bart Officials Say the woman was acting irrational only the concourse level at the station. Police approached her before she jumped from the concourse level and fell to her death on the platform. Muni is providing trains while the station is closed. They found a black 1993 oldsmobile and the man slumped over the wheel. The mans identity has not been released. The shooting does not appear to be gangrelated. However, neighbors tell us four to five people were seen in the neighborhood with a gun, quote, looking to do a bad thing. We begin this morning with breaking news. A man found dead from a gunshot wound in his car. It happened just before 4 00 this morning in an alley near carlsbad drive in south san jose. If you know that area, its across the street from pioneer high school. Police were called to a crash involving a car into a pole. Officers tell us they found the man shot and killed inside the car. Police are investigating this as a homicide, but they dont have any persons of interest. The San Jose Police department will brief the media about the latest in the investigation in a few minutes.
