A prayer vigil Sunday afternoon at the Turkish American Cultural Center focused on sending positive thoughts to the other side of the world, while also recognizing people right here in Minnesota have lost someone they love.
Eric Allen Petersen, 41, was arrested Dec. 28, 2022, in Willmar. Court documents charging him with depriving another of custodial rights say that Petersen took his infant son who was in the care and custody of Hennepin County from Fridley to a residence in southwest Willmar.
