Then he appeared to face the capital murder and other charges filed in connection with officer ashley guindons death. Hamilton is accused of opening fire with an Assault Rifle on guindon and two other Prince William county officers as they tried to respond to a Domestic Violence call. These Court Documents reveal after hamilton surrendered, he told investigators he shot his wife and the officers. Condolences are coming in from around the state for a Highway Patrol officer killed on a routine call in the snow covered sierra.
