Then he appeared to face the capital murder and other charges filed in connection with officer ashley guindons death. Hamilton is accused of opening fire with an Assault Rifle on guindon and two other Prince William county officers as they tried to respond to a Domestic Violence call. These Court Documents reveal after hamilton surrendered, he told investigators he shot his wife and the officers. After the courtroom outburst baker left the building but officers tracked her down and charged with inducing panic and charged with carrying a concealed weapon. A lot of times people make threats but dont have the means to carry it out. It is just idle but she could have pulled it out and started to cut.
