A 38-year-old man from Montana was arrested without incident Thursday after he lost control of a stolen semitractor in a police pursuit on Interstate 94, near the New Munich exit. According to a news release from the Avon Police Department, officers used stop sticks to stop the vehicle. No one was injured and no other vehicles were involved, according to the release.
Police say a preliminary breath test indicated the driver of the stolen semi had a BCA of .101 at the time of the incident, according to court documents.
