The head of the centers for Disease Control said in a report this morning that the diagnosis shows a clear breach of safety protocol. But a hospital said in a News Conference within the past hour, hour and a half that the worker was following the cdcs recommendations while caring for duncan who died on wednesday. This individual was following full cdc precautions, which are gown, glove, mask, and shield. The workers condition is stable right now.
