We are outside of one of the shelters now at the Mission Neighborhood Resource Center on capp street where they opened the doors one hour early at 6 00 instead of 7 00 and they will be open to 24 hours a day through wednesday offering a place to escape the cold. Temperatures are dropping down to 37 degrees which is dangerous for anyone out in a long time. Shelters around the city are expending their hours of operation ready to taking those in need. Officials will allow any adult who needs a place to occupy any vacant bed after 8 00 pm even without a reservation.
