Reporter and, natasha, Philadelphia Police say we may never get a complete picture of what happened saturday night to cause that accident. There were no witnesses so far, no Surveillance Video and police have yet to track a time line of where the sergeant was coming from or headed to, what is known is that by all accounts he was a considerate father of two and a respected Philadelphia Police officer.
