Deliberate act by a copilot with a mental problem. 150 people on board died. Pilots have deliberately crashed a plane eight times over the last 40 years. In october of 1999 an egyptian air flight was lost. 217 people on board were killed. Two investigations were launched. The egyptian said mechanical problems caused the crash.
