Dramatic video here posted by the Marin County Sheriffs Office showing the moment carol caparsky and ian irwin were rescued. The pair were last heard of on valentines day from a rental home. Earlier this week after no signs of the couple the mission was changed from rescue to recovery, but they had different plans.
