And you can see one lane getting by toward center city and thats slow. So, very slow through there. They had pretty much ysh pushed over to the shoulder. Westbound, two lanes are now opened. Watch, the shoulders blocked there as well. Either way, its a slow go. And since earlier they did have both directions blocked off in both all lanes blocked off in both directions, there was a big backup. So, now some residual delays because of that as well.
