Watch, the shoulders blocked there as well. Either way, its a slow go. And since earlier they did have both directions blocked off in both all lanes blocked off in both directions, there was a big backup. So, now some residual delays because of that as well. So, expect problems on the schuylkill expressway this morning. Lastly, well check in with 95. Construction should be clearing any minute now, southbound between academy road and cottman avenue where there is one lane getting by, but you can see the southbound drive time with no problems from woodhaven road to the vine street expressway, just a 12minute trip. Reporter tracy and vai, we know from police at the scene that this pursuit of a stolen car began in Montgomery County, wound its way through several communities overnight before coming to a crashing halt here in this section of philadelphia. And in just the last few minutes, ive learned it could have been so much worse. I spoke to the woman who owns this property. She says her niece had just taken out the trash and dropped it in this exact spot minutes before the car plowed through the wall. We want tokb Reporter Police here at the scene tell us they arrested the men inside the car and that they may be linked to a larger theft ring of highend cars from throughout the area. The state epa commissioner said his agency would address drainage concerns. The lawsuit could be the last hope for dune opponents since the state took over the beach property needed for construction. She is accused of stealing someones cell phone from a shoprite supermarket. In the Lehigh Valley, the man accused of kidnapping and murdering a woman in lower macungie township could be facing the death penalty. Prosecutors have announced they will seek that punishment for michael horvath. Investigators say horvath kidnapped holly grim from her trailer in lower macungie township in 2015. The two worked together. Police searched horvaths backyard and found a bone matching her dna. Police in Burlington County are investigating a deadly shooting. Sky 4 was over this scene in willingborough. One person was killed and another wounded. Were working to find out the condition of the surviving victim. Burglars are targeting churches in coatesville, chester county, and police say the latest breakin happened yesterday at holy ghost Ukrainian Orthodox church. The thieves got away with 5,400. The criminals also hit four other churches in the last week. A victory for historians in north jersey who are fighting to i have part of an historic battlefield from being developed. The Civil War Trust says it will pay 4 million for nearly 15 acres of land across from princeton battlefield state park. Those 15 acres will now become part of the park. Historians believe that site was important in the battle of princeton during the revolutionary war in 1777. An Academic Institute is building housing on a portion of the land its keeping. The temperatures will likely be above freezing, so im not expecting to see accumulation here. A dusting at most, more likely on grass than anything else. And then by early tomorrow morning, thats out of here. Then our attention turns to the cold at the end of the week. But during the day today well be doing okay. Not as warm as yesterday, but well get some sunshine this morning. 34 at 8 00, by lunchtime 40, 42 degrees in philadelphia at 4 00 this afternoon. After some sunshine in the suburbs, you can see the clouds increasing during the day, but it stays dry in the Lehigh Valley. 30 degrees at 8 00, up to 38 degrees by lunchtime today. These are cameras around montgomery drive showing theres a crane in the way as well. Now we have some lanes moving through. This is the eastbound side. Only the right lane, the furthest right lane over. So its part of the shoulder as well. The one lane, one lane of cars actually getting by heading towards center city. Now, this is following all of the lanes being shut down. So we see some residual delays, major delays because of that, and all that traffic is moving so slow now that youre really going to be stuck behind that for quite some time until they start reopening more lanes on the eastbound side. The westbound side looks like it has two lanes open now. And again, more residual delay because of that, because that was also closed in both directions there. A solemn farewell to a faller new jersey state trooper. Police officers from across the garden state, pennsylvania and delaware paid their respects to trooper Frankie Williams in Atlantic City. More than 1,000 members of Law Enforcement came to boardwalk hall for williams funeral. The 41yearold rookie trooper and another driver lost their lives in an accident last week on route 55 in cumberland county. Williams death came just 11 months after he joined the state police force. To see somebody cut down really in the most productive, wonderful time of their life, after being married just two months is horrible. Williams is remembered as someone who always had the most positive outlook, no matter what the circumstances were. He is the fourth member of the new Jersey State Police to die in a car accident in the past 18 months. One lane getting by on the eastbound side past montgomery drive. There is overhead sign work, so cranes in place. They had to lose lanes in both directions. The westbound side has two lanes, so i guess thats doing better, but big delays right now because all lanes were closed earlier this morning, so residual delays now as well. You can see the one lane moving towards Center City Just crawling over into the shoulder. Well end with good news here. The vine street expressway, both directions back open between broad street and the schuylkill. Typically we have that ongoing construction in the morning time closing it where you have to take local vine. You can see its back open there. Youll just start to see delays once you move towards montgomery drive in either direction. So in or out of center city right now might be a little bit of a problem, but well keep you updated. So, youll see some sunshine to start, but these clouds are going to take over during the day today and theres a chance youll see some very light showers during the evening hours. A snow shower possible in the suburbs and a rain shower at the shore, but thats not the big deal. What is a big deal . Its hard to see because theres really nothing to see except cold. Thats clear and cold in canada and its heading our way for thursday and friday, especially friday morning. These are the temperatures im expecting friday morning. Thats without the wind, and the wind will be blowing, so 22 degrees is going to feel closer to zero. It will feel like below zero in allentown while it will be 19 in trenton. Atlantic city, look at that, 18 degrees. South jerseys not going to be out of it. This is the time now if you have to drain the spigots from your house of water, plan on bringing the hoses inside, anything that can freeze outside. It is going to be very cold. And any insulation you have to put in, time is now. Pennsylvania, new jersey and delaware under a first alert for dangerous cold for thursday night and friday morning. Youll feel it during the day on thursday. The wind will be blowing and it will be cold, but it will get dangerously cold into friday morning. By friday afternoon the temperatures will be climbing and the winds will die down, but thursday youll feel that bitter cold and the winds gusting to near 45 miles an hour. And come friday morning, thats when the windchills will be below zero in some neighborhoods. So stand by. Hold on to your thermometer. Its going to get wicked. 43 degrees for today, 42 tomorrow.
